- Time Type : Full timeWorker Type : EmployeeThe purpose of this role is to oversee the development, execution, and maintenance of a robust Global 3rd Party risk management system within a newly established Group function, encompassing pre and post contract management tasks.###
- Your New Role :
- Oversight and monitoring of in scope business areas to embed and maintain compliant and up-to-date procedures, practices, controls, and documentation that support Divisional Framework.
- Lead and manage first-line outsourcing governance across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate end-to-end outsourcing lifecycle activities, including risk assessments, due diligence, contract reviews, and ongoing monitoring of third-party service providers.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and second-line functions (e.g., Risk, Legal, Compliance) to ensure alignment on outsourcing standards and controls.
- Deliver annual deep-dive assurance planning and activity;
- Complete regulatory and policy gap analysis and translate into action plans;
- Work with key stakeholders across our business to ensure our third party risk is aligned to the Division’s operational risk appetite;
- Undertake other activities to support the wider functional goal to mitigate operational risk across the Division as opportunities arise.
- Maintain and update outsourcing registers and documentation in accordance with regulatory expectations and internal frameworks.
- Support regulatory reporting and audits related to outsourcing arrangements, including preparation of materials and responses to inquiries.
- Provide guidance and training to business stakeholders on third party risk management and outsourcing policies, procedures, and best practices.###
- About You :
- 5 years or more experience in risk or compliance for insurance or financial sectors.
- Relevant university degree###
