Cash Application : Perform accurate and timely posting of incoming payments against customer accounts in S4 / Hana Investigate and resolve unidentified or unmatched cash items, collaborating with AR, business units, and customers as needed. Ensure proper allocation of receipts based on remittance advice or agreed settlement. Monitor and clear unapplied / unallocated cash and follow up on discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal control compliance. Cash Flow Forecasting : Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts across entities. Liaise with AR, AP and business units to gather relevant inflow / outflow projections. Analyze forecast variances and identify trends, gaps, or opportunities to optimize liquidity. Assist BU / SU with processing and providing resolution to disputes and enquiries raised. Manage enquiries by BU / SU on receipts details to provide clarity on transactions. Manage BU / SU report disputes and take corrective actions as necessary. Ensure timely submission and accuracy of AR Reports relating to Cash Management to MISC Group and BU / SU. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION : 2–4 years of experience in cash application or cash flow forecasting preferably in a Shared Services or MNC environment. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Strong Excel skills; exposure to cash forecasting tools is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to automation tools or robotic process automation (RPA) is a plus. Degree in Accounting or Professional Degree (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, CPA, CIMA).
