Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively.
- Client Consultation : Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored SaaS solutions that address their goals.
- Sales Presentations and Demos : Deliver compelling product presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our SaaS offerings and differentiating us from competitors.
- Negotiation and Closing : Lead contract negotiations, handle pricing discussions, and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
- Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Provide post-sale support and assist clients with onboarding and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback for product improvement.
- Reporting and Analytics : Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document and monitor sales interactions and outcomes.
