Senior Designer Wanted (Marketing-Focused)

Location : KL / Remote (Malaysia)

Company : 941 Entertainment

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who goes beyond just making things look good — someone who understands marketing funnels and can design visuals that convert.

You’ll Fit If You Can :

Translate marketing strategy and data into strong creative rationale
Design visuals that match every stage of the funnel (awareness → conversion)
Craft content and key visuals that communicate the right message to the right audience
Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to test, iterate, and optimize creatives

Requirements :

4+ years experience in creative / digital design (agency or brand side)

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and consumer psychology

Able to explain why a design works (not just make it pretty)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma

(Bonus) Experience creating ads for Meta, Google, or TikTok campaigns
