About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ECONOMY PACKING & FREIGHT SERVICES SDN. BHD. as a Sales Representative - Korean Speaker. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with our Korean-speaking clients in the Cheras Kuala Lumpur area. The role offers a full-time position with the opportunity to work in-person at our office location.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the Korean-speaking community
• Manage and develop relationships with existing Korean-speaking clients to drive repeat business
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately quote freight and packing services and process orders
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
