Business Development Manager - Sales Position (Family Office & Offshore Trust)

Job description(1) Fluent in English, and Mandarin will be an added benefit. (2) Bachelor\'s degree or above, majors in finance, economics, accounting, law, etc., holders of financial-related practice certificates and financial management qualification certificates are preferred. (3) With 5 years or more of relevant working experience in banking, finance, financial management, etc., with solid financial theoretical knowledge and practical experience, especially theoretical understanding of the trust industry, trust laws, and regulations. (4) Have good communication and coordination skills, and establish good relationships with clients. Possess strong marketing and development capabilities and can actively develop a high-net-worth client base; channel resourcesarepreferred. Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction relevant to Family Office services.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
