- Assist in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents
- Assist and oversee the implementation of E-Invoicing procedures
- Generate sales and account reports
- Monitor outstanding debts and assist in payment collection
- Resolve administrative issues as they arise
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
At least 2-3 years of relevant experienceProficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (advantageous)Experience with SQL accounting systems (preferred)Possess at least a Diploma qualificationTeam player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressureCustomer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact across departmentsPreference for candidates with HR or accounting experienceSeeking a stable and permanent positionSkills
