Overview

Account Cum Admin Executive role at Chia, Ka & Partners PLT.

Job Responsibilities

Issue sales invoices as requested by Sales Team.
Monitor job status to ensure billing is on time.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
Process weekly payments to suppliers.
Process staff claims.
Assist in hiring, such as sending questionnaires to potential candidates and scheduling appointments.
Update HR files periodically.
Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Able to speak English and Mandarin.

1-3 years of relevant working experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook; familiarity with Worksy, Employment Hero, Swingvy, Justlogin, Xero, Payroll Panda.

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.

Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
