Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Rawang for a Recruiter at PSI Incontrol Sdn. Bhd. The Recruiter will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. Responsibilities also include developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department heads to understand talent needs, and maintaining candidate databases. The role requires upholding PSI Incontrol's commitment to quality and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with department heads
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the engineering or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
