MARKETING SPECIALIST
What challenges can you expect?
- Plan and coordinate market activities, communication plans, and marketing materials to support business objectives in an international environment in entire southeast asia.
- Build and enhance brand image through diversified campaigns.
- Oversee the design, printing, and distribution of sales brochures, product operation instructions, and technical data.
- Provide and write content / success stories for newsletters, social media, and customer events, including exhibitions, seminars, and product promotions.
- Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, GroupNet, and internal events.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of trade shows, customer days and other events.
- Coordinate logistics including shipping of displays, promotional items, and product samples.
- Support on-site setup and breakdown of booths and event materials as needed.
- Maintain organized inventory of trade show materials, promotional items, and printed collateral.
- Update company presentations and document materials such as brochures and PPT files.
- Manage relationships with vendors such as publishing, advertising, and PR agencies for communication activities.
- Create compelling content across multiple formats and platforms, including website, email, social media, and PR.

What do we expect from you?
Degree holder in Business Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years in marketing communications, advertising & promotions.Experienced in both traditional and digital marketing, with exposure to CRM.Excellent communication and writing skills (English & Malay; additional languages a plus).Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to navigate in diverse southeast Asian cultural backgrounds / intercultural competenceStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and public relations.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate innovative ideas into actionable strategies.Proficiency in design software and marketing tools.Possess driving license and willing to travel locally or abroad as needed
