Job descriptionPositive attitude, responsible, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Passionate and interested in beauty industry. Ability to work independently. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties. To assist doctor in all aspects of clinic operation including registration, consultation, procedures and customer service. Experience in beauty products, skin care or cosmetics sales is advantageous. Familiar with hands-on facial. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients. KWSP, SOCSO included Annual & Medical leave, Yearly medical check up Incentive, Commission, Bonus and Allowances Achievement Rewards Commission provided for each service beautician performs Commission provided when beautician sells products & packages 6 working days, 5 off days a month, every day 8 hours per day, shift rotation Company Dinner, Company Trip Professional training will be provided
Overview
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Experience in beauty products / skin care / cosmetics sales will be an advantage. Familiar with hands-on facial.
Responsibilities
- To assist doctor in all aspects of clinic operation including registration, consultation, procedures and customer service.
- To assist in clinic administration work, make sure all medical items and medication and related medical items are in stock.
- Provide excellent and follow up service towards customers & professional treatment and beauty consultation.
- Provide professional recommendations on skincare products, treatments and packages to customers.
- Arranging appointments and protect patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality.
