This role contributes to the company's success by providing a legendary customer service experience, acting with a customer comes first attitude to create meaningful customer connections. Models and acts in accordance with the company's guiding principles.

Job Responsibilities : - Operations

• Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with the company's brand image.
• Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and serves customers by helping them select products and merchandize and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
• Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Assists the store with other duties which includes, but not limited to stocking of merchandise, stocking of products, ensuring tidy arrangement of tables and chairs, general cleanliness of the store, etc.
• Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
• Supports the implementation of the company's programs or initiatives.
• Follows the company's operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to superior.

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Working hours : 9.5 hours including 1 hour break (Shift)

Off day : 2 days

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
