Senior Executive, Business Development (Food Service)
- Managing Distributor on the Primary & Secondary sales planning.
- Strategize Route-Market and Go-to-Market, brand building via trade activities, campaign collaboration, and participating Exhibitions
- Understand and analyse local regulations which applies to product, logistic and entire value chain model.
- Research and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Drive Solution / Concept selling via Ideation sessions and manage entire process from initial stage to launch stage.
- Co-ordinate with internal business support from chef, R&D, Marketing, and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
- Conduct market studies and need-based solutions for the mass market product or OEM project.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Management or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with minimum 1 year in key account management experience.Must be willing to travel around Asia & International frequently & as when necessary.Possess customer management skills with solid selling essentials skills and negotiation skills.Possess knowledge and experience in food service industry will be added advantageGood learning attitude and have strong business entrepreneur mindset.Pleasant personality with excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.Required language(s) : English and Malay.Computer literate and competent in MS Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
