Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, diagnose, and resolve escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms
Escalate case to L3 Infrastructure / app team if needed
Perform regular server operations : setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc…
Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning
Prepare and maintain technical documentations
Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storages
Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline

Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus

2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage

Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable

Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure

Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plus

Knowing in SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plus

Willing to work night shift & and on public holidays

Salary

SGD60,000 - SGD72,000
