About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at Tian Siang Auto Care Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak, and will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the automotive industryStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracyAbility to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleaguesProactive and adaptable to changing prioritiesWhat we offer
