Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the enterprise IT solutions market.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic prospecting, networking, and market research, focusing on large corporations seeking open-source system integration solutions.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's IT solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, account management, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform sales planning and strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing departments, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and effective communication of the company's value proposition.
