JOB TITLE - Customer service Executive (English / Bahasa Malay)
Salary - RM 1900 to 2100 + 300 night shift allowance + KPI
Working days & Shift - 6 days rotational working and 24 / 7 rotational shift
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive - English speaker. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries efficiently and resolving issues via various communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer queries, providing product and service information, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to address customer needs and enhancing the customer service experience.
