Job descriptionPossess commanding Mandarin & English languages in both written and verbal. At least 1 year of working experience as customer service. Must have hands‑on experience in using MS Excel & Word. Willing to work multitask and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Position : Customer Service
Salary Package : RM3,000 - RM3,500
Working Location : UBN Tower, KL
Company Background : Direct Selling
Working Days & Hours : 9.50am - 7pm (Monday to Friday); 12.50pm - 5pm (Alternate Saturday)
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email & face to face.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Preparation of daily / monthly / annual reports.
- Excellent computer skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
