Principal Accountabilities

Identify new business opportunities for USP and NADI projects. Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, technology partners, and industry players. Develop proposals and business cases for new USP and NADI projects. Support regulatory framework shaping for USP and NADI projects. Collaborate with internal teams, including Regulatory, Planning, Claims & Compliance, and Project Management. Skill Level And Requirements

Business Development (Advanced) : Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and building partnerships. Regulatory Knowledge (Experienced) : Understanding of MCMC USP regulations and compliance requirements. Proposal Development (Advanced) : Skilled in developing proposals and business cases. Stakeholder Engagement (Experienced) : Effective in collaborating with internal and external parties. Communication (Advanced) : Strong skills in preparing and presenting business development reports. Certifications

Business development or marketing certification preferred. Competencies (Communication and Working Relationships)

Business Acumen : Advanced : Identifies new business opportunities and drives business growth. Stakeholder Engagement : Experienced : Builds and maintains partnerships with key stakeholders. Communication : Advanced : Prepares and presents business development reports. Financial Impact : High : Financial decisions are critical to achieving key financial objectives. Problem Solving : Extensive : Final decision-maker on significant communication issues. Key External Contacts : Regulatory body, Government agencies, Maxis vendors. Key Internal Contacts : Maxis Management Team (MMT), Head of Department. Other Key Information

Formal Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia Relevant Working Experience : Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, Strategic Planning and Tender bidding process, preferably within telecommunications or government-funded projects.
