Job descriptionKnowing clearly about the products to be sold. Understanding tasks and rules set by the Manager and the Company. Working diligently and disciplined. Able to cooperate with the existing Sales Team. Ready to work overtime. Conducting stock checks once every month. Additional bonus based on current performance (measured every month and not solely dependent on sales but also on effort, initiative, and diligence). EPF and SOCSO contributions start from the first day of duty. Triple pay on public holidays. Overtime pay if required by the Company.
Requirements
- Salary will be assessed according to ability, skills, and experience (will be assessed during the interview).
- Can choose the Sales or Operations department.
- Interested and willing to learn about Bawal Exclusive Products.
- Ready and have the initiative to learn about products and customer needs.
- Competitive enough to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
- Have knowledge in social media.
- Able to organize work wisely.
- Work duration : 1 to 3 months.
- Work schedule : 5 full days, 1 half day, 1 day off.
- Shift : there are two shifts, day (9 am to 6 pm) or night (1 pm to 10 pm).
- Ready to work overtime (OT will be paid).
- Immediate entry.
