Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Promote and market HRDC-claimable training programs to corporate and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their training needs.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery and client satisfaction.
