Marketing Manager
to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across product design, brand management, and digital channels. This is a hands-on role where you will lead key marketing functions, including brand positioning, packaging design, product launches, and digital campaigns. You will also mentor and manage a team member, ensuring cohesive execution of brand strategies that strengthen market presence and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product portfolios and new launches Lead brand-building initiatives, including product design, packaging development, and campaign creation Oversee
end-to-end new product launch processes, from concept to market rollout. Manage digital marketing activities, including content, campaigns, and analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, design) to ensure seamless execution Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive improvements Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 6–10 years of marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG sector Proven track record in
product launches , packaging design, and brand management Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to manage projects independently with end-to-end ownership Experience managing or mentoring team members preferred Creative, analytical, and commercially driven mindset How to Apply?
