Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with cross-border experience (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand).
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of logistics management principles and practices, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Experience in coordinating and managing cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate and monitor the flow of goods across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulations.Implement and maintain logistics management systems to optimize processes and reduce costs.Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff, to ensure seamless operations.Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.Benefits
