Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is a must ).
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and clerical functions.
- Proficient in e-invoicing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.Handle daily sales closing and reporting .Prepare, process, and manage e-invoicing in compliance with company standards.Update and maintain inventory records accurately.Assist with ad-hoc accounting and clerical tasks assigned by management.Benefits
