Job descriptionPregatirea navei pentru o debarcare fara probleme Se asigura ca sistemul contabil functioneaza fara probleme Manipularea corecta a tuturor echipamentelor din zona receptiei Mentinerea curateniei, igienei si ordinii impecabile la receptie si in toate zonele alocate Sustinerea activa a tuturor departamentelor, conform indicatiilor Managerului de Hotel Limba engleza la nivel avansat, cunostinte de limba germana - avantaj Absolvirea unei forme recunoscute de scolarizare in industria hoteliera / servicii Minim 2 ani intr-o pozitie similara Experienta cu sarcini administrative Abilitati de lucru cu computerul, Microsoft Office Experienta cu metodele moderne de comunicare Experienta cu casele de marcat fiscale computerizate Prietenos Onest Independent Abilitati de leadership Flexibilitate Aptitudini de abilitare Obiectivitate Abilitati excelente de comunicare Rezistenta la stres
Receptioner de noapte / Nave de croaziera pe fluvii
Responsabilitati
- Responsabil de zona de receptie si de siguranta si securitate, inclusiv sarcini precum :
- Finalizarea tuturor sarcinilor administrative conform directivelor companiei
- Finalizarea si verificarea tuturor inchiderilor de conturi ale punctelor de vanzare, inclusiv verificarea si inregistrarea bonurilor de consum ale oaspetilor in sistemul hotelului
- Pregatirea raportului turei de noapte, sincronizarea volumului de vanzari intre casa de marcat si sistemul hotelului
- Inregistrarea datelor de inventar pentru echipamentele din domeniul alimentatiei si bauturilor, conform directivelor companiei
- Realizarea situatiilor personalizate, conform instructiunilor Managerului de Hotel
- Preluarea sarcinilor administrative ale Sefului de Receptie si Managerului de Hotel
- Inregistrarea datelor si evaluarea formularelor de comentarii ale pasagerilor
