HCLTech seeks a SAP FICO Functional Consultant to lead implementation projects in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Configure FICO modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Provide guidance on SAP FICO functionalities and processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for SAP FICO solutions.
- Train end‑users and provide post‑implementation support and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP advancements to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of SAP experience with deep business process knowledge across the Finance space.In‑depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.Proficiency in SAP S / 4HANA and ECC versions.Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.Experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a team as well as independently.Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Certifications : SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7.Previous experience working with a global template for large multinational organizations.Prefer some level of prior business experience supporting the Finance function.Strong functional knowledge of FICO functionality including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, COPA.Demonstrated capability to graphically document workflow, roles and responsibilities at a functional system user level.Demonstrated capability to transform business requirements into functional specifications.Seniority Level
