Job Summary
The Communication and Collaboration Tools (CCT) Analyst is responsible for preparing the list of staff needed for voice recording and submitting the results to compliance and surveillance as well as preparing for the monthly CCT forum and additional CCT controls. Admin support for other processes may also be required.
- Support the CCT process owner in preparing the monthly recorded population file
- Support the CCT process owner in identifying the gap analysis from the recorded population and submitting the results to Surveillance and CFCC
- Update the monthly CCT metrics based off the results sent to Surveillance and CFCC
- Prepare for the monthly CCT forum including pack preparation and data analysis
- Support the CCT process owner on any other admin tasks as needed
- Support the wider Trading & Sales BRM team on other admin tasks as needed
