Responsibilities
Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals. Content Creation : Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including Instagram. Managing end-to-end Creative Production : from pre-production to post-production - with applied creative knowledge. Community Management : Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Generate reports on key metrics and use insights to optimize strategies. Advertising : Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns. Manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Innovate and experiment with new features and platforms. Crisis Management : Handle any social media crises and develop communication plans to address issues effectively. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends. Good knowledge in skincare product would be an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools. Experience with social media advertising and campaign management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to commence within a short notice period. Chinese language proficiency is essential for managing relationships with key stakeholders in China.
