Manager / Assistant Manager, Operations Compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review and update policies and procedures toply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal standards and guidelines. Single point of contact for allpliance matters within GO including reporting and escalation of incidences, in collaboration with Grouppliance.
• Drive and facilitate a culture ofpliance in GO, responsible to develop and drive activities / initiatives to increase and improve employees' knowledge and experiences on applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure timely reporting and escalation ofpliance issues or incidences to management and Grouppliance.
• Assist with the coordination of any regulatory information requests, including meetings and audits.
• Propose / rmend initiatives to revise existing internal processes and / or adopt new processes toply with new regulatory requirements, where necessary.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with all other divisions to collaborate and align on implementation and enforcement of relevant policies and procedures.
• Establish and share best practices, with reference topetitor benchmarks as appropriate.
