To oversee the FOS ( Factory outlet store ) of company retail operation.

Driven the sales with achieve company sales budget.

Monitor on aging stock inventory sales performance and movement.

To achieve the accuracy on the stock received and transfer.

Competitors awareness; Aware, involved and create and manage relationships and do competitors shopping giving relavant feedbacks to appropriate parties.

Hiring, coaching & training on sales team.

Able to work at IOI Mall Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the FOS ( Factory outlet store ) of company retail operation.
• Drive sales to achieve the company sales budget.
• Monitor aging stock, inventory sales performance and movement.
• Ensure accuracy of stock received and stock transfers.
• Maintain competitor awareness, build relationships, and conduct competitor shopping with relevant feedback to appropriate parties.
• Hire, coach and train the sales team.
• Be available to work at IOI Mall Puchong.
• Address urgent hiring needs as applicable.
