About the Role : We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive (CRM focus) to help us grow our online presence and connect with more customers in meaningful ways.

- SEO & SEM : Manage search campaigns, PPC, and display ads to keep our brand visible and discoverable.
- Content Marketing : Work on blog posts, website copy, emails, and social media to keep our messaging fresh and engaging.
- Performance Tracking : Analyze campaign results and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console — then turn insights into action.
- Social Media : Manage daily posting, community engagement, and social growth across platforms.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to produce impactful marketing materials.
- Market Insights : Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to spot new opportunities and stay ahead.
- Website Optimization : Improve website user experience and boost conversion rates (CRO).
- Email & Automation : Manage CRM tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot — send campaigns, nurture leads, and track results.
- Data & CRM Management : Collect, organize, and maintain customer data with accuracy and security. Build dashboards and reports to help the team make data-driven decisions.
- CRM Optimization : Maintain and improve the CRM platform to ensure smooth operations and meaningful customer interactions.
- Brand Consistency : Make sure every campaign reflects our brand identity and supports our business goals.
