RM 4,000 – RM 6,500 (based on experience)

About Us

We are a KPKT-licensed company offering personal and business financing solutions across Malaysia. We are seeking a highly experienced Account Executive who can perform full-set accounting and ensure full compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit standardsunder the Moneylenders Act 1951.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts : GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, journal entries, monthly closing.
• Record and reconcile loan disbursements, repayments, interest income, penalties, and provisions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and KPKT regulatory officers.
• Maintain records for digital agreements, stamping fees, timestamps, and e-signature costs.
• Ensure compliance with Moneylenders Act 1951, PDPA 2010, and LHDN requirements.
• Integrate accounting software with lending platforms and payment gateways (SQL / AutoCount / Xero preferred).
