Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Service Desk position located in Petaling Jaya. The IT Service Desk staff will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing IT services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and maintaining IT service management standards.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Information Technology and IT Service Management
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus
