Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data center (DC) projects. This role ensures timely, high-quality, and ethical execution across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will drive results through expert leadership, cross-cultural coordination, and strategic project management practices. This is a 12 months contract role. Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle of DC builds—from planning and design coordination to commissioning and client handover. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, safety, planning, and QA / QC specialists. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and COLO clients, navigating cultural and technical complexities. Ensure governance, documentation, and project controls align with best-in-class project management practices. Oversee commissioning, O&M transition, and final documentation, ensuring a seamless handover process. Qualifications

PMP certification and 12–15 years of project management experience, with 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments. Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Proven success delivering fast-track COLO projects under tight schedules and quality constraints. Deep technical knowledge of MEP, C&S, EHS, commissioning, and operational integration. High integrity, ethical leadership, and the ability to foster performance-driven teams. What We Offer You
