Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Executive Chairman with a broad range of administrative and personal tasks. The PA will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Chairman’s office, including managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. This position is based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, and accommodation will be provided if required. Key Responsibilities
Support the Executive Chairman with administrative and personal tasks as needed. Manage schedules and calendar coordination. Coordinate communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential matters. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Pleasant and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills. Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn. Possession of a valid driving licence. Willingness and ability to travel and adapt to various work environments. Preferred Attributes
Proficiency in multiple languages (if applicable). Familiarity with organisational operations and key stakeholders. Benefits & Remuneration Package
Salary Range : RM2,500 – RM3,500 (based on experience and negotiable) EPF, SOCSO & EIS Medical & Annual Leave Travel Allowance / Overtime / Others Allowance (HP, Insurance & Meal)
