Manage and optimize the product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Taobao, Tmall, etc.), ensuring product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and aligned with branding.
Continuously improve the product catalog by updating product information, adding new products, and removing obsolete listings.
Monitor the online store’s performance, including traffic, sales, and customer behavior, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
Product Promotion & Marketing :
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid ads) to drive traffic and sales to the online store.
Assist in creating promotional offers, sales events, and discounts to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility for product listings.
Order Management & Customer Service :
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to track inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure that orders are shipped on time.
Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to provide insights for improving the online shopping experience and increasing sales.
Generate regular performance reports, including sales trends, conversion rates, and other KPIs, and present findings to the E-Commerce Manager.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific tools) to track and assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
Inventory Management :
Track inventory levels across e-commerce platforms to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock or out-of-stock situations.
Work with the supply chain or inventory management team to replenish stock in a timely manner.
Ensure that the e-commerce store’s stock is always up to date, and manage product availability on the platform.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams :
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align on promotions, new product launches, and customer service initiatives.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and returns.
Liaise with the design team to update the online store’s visuals and ensure the website is aesthetically aligned with brand guidelines.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
Keep track of e-commerce industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to ensure the company stays competitive in the market.
