Your Key Responsibilities

• Accounting, Treasury, Controlling and Audit Ensure smooth day to day operation of the Finance Department Manage timely compilation of financial statements and group internal management reports Implement credit management procedures to ensure payments from customers are received Implement payment process to guarantee timely payment to employees and suppliers in compliance with all applicable guidelines Coordinate with statutory auditor for necessary procedures to complete year-end closing Implements and adapts Budget and Forecast, including capital expenditures and fixed assets management. Overseas inter-company transactions related to Asia Pacific Service Charges and Asia Pacific Shared Service Center Charges Responsible for Treasury activities e.g. Liquidity / Cash management, Hedging, Bank Relationship, delivery treasury related reports as required by the group guidelines; Review finance facilities such as bank credit to enable company’s medium-term development. Manage Financial Internal Controls and Internal Risk Assessments for the legal entity Lead and manage finance related projects or initiatives such as but not limited to E-Invoice Implementation, SAP S4 HANA Migration etc.
• Taxation - Corporate tax, transfer pricing, custom duties, withholding tax, import license and etc. Coordinate with tax agent for corporate tax computation, tax return submission, tax payment and any other tax matters that arise Enforce compliance with all relevant local tax regulation such as submission of tax returns Set out and manage the organization's tax-related processes and documentation Coordinate any other tax-related matters such as transfer price
• Business Partnering Play an advisory role in aspects of Finance, Controlling, Corporate Governance, and assist management in achieving both long-term development and short-term annual targets. To provide rigorous financial analysis and strategic insights, leveraging financial principles and tools, to support business management in the comprehensive evaluation of case studies, ultimately contributing to decision-making and strategic planning Safeguard of compliance to internal and external guidelines Identify ways to improve business forecast process and minimize unplanned variances Establish closer link between operational performance and the achievement of financial targets with systematic and consistent reporting through streamlined process Set-up and improve the cost allocation process between country finance and the FSSC, focusing on process optimization and the resolution of any allocation-related issues.
