We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and operationally focused Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our EMEA and APAC regions, covering 27 countries and 5,500 employees. This role is deeply embedded in the day-to-day execution of compensation and benefits programs, requiring someone who thrives in the details, brings a continuous improvement mindset, and is passionate about operational excellence. They will also play a key role in interpreting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.

The Role

In this exciting and varied role, you will :

Contribute to the evolution of the Rewards and HR Operations model using a Lean, data-driven approach.
Support the regional implementation of the Global Job Architecture Project.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive and strategically aligned compensation practices.
Assist in executing key compensation processes, including merit reviews, variable pay, budgeting, and reporting.
Roll out region-specific benefits programs (., healthcare, retirement, wellness) that balance cost-efficiency with employee satisfaction.
Monitor the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
Collect, analyze, and report high-quality data to support informed decision-making.
Help implement HR governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regional processes, legal standards, and regulations.

The Person

To succeed in this role you will :

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR data analytics within a multinational environment

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Have strong working knowledge of advanced Excel skills, and other MS Office applications. Power BI certification or similar is a plus.

Proven hands-on analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights and process enhancements.

Be independent, structured, proactive and take a responsible approach of working.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen, influence, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and diverse regional teams.

Be fluent in English. Additional language skills relevant to the regions are a plus.
