Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with brand vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity across multiple channels.
  • Lead high‑impact marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross‑functional collaboration, and budget adherence.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
  • Lead digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO / SEM, and online advertising.
  • Drive audience engagement, conversions, and loyalty through data‑driven campaigns.
  • Oversee creative development, photography, and videography to deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent assets.

Offline Marketing & Experiences

  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including events, activations, partnerships, and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee visual merchandising strategies to ensure retail displays and in‑store experiences align with campaigns and consumer insights.
  • Optimize product placement, traffic flow, and in‑store communication to maximize impact and sales.
  • Media Relations & PR Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and agencies to secure positive coverage.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand visibility, credibility, and equity.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, features, and partnerships that enhance brand exposure.
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in marketing communications or A&P, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Cina, and Malay. Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is required for effective communication with Bahasa Cina‑speaking clients.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, integrated marketing, digital campaigns, and PR.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape, consumer behaviour, industry trends, and best practices.
