Offline Marketing & Experiences
Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including events, activations, partnerships, and traditional advertising campaigns.Oversee visual merchandising strategies to ensure retail displays and in‑store experiences align with campaigns and consumer insights.Optimize product placement, traffic flow, and in‑store communication to maximize impact and sales.Media Relations & PR Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and agencies to secure positive coverage.Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand visibility, credibility, and equity.Identify opportunities for collaborations, features, and partnerships that enhance brand exposure.Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.4–6 years of progressive experience in marketing communications or A&P, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proficient in English, Bahasa Cina, and Malay. Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is required for effective communication with Bahasa Cina‑speaking clients.Proven expertise in brand management, integrated marketing, digital campaigns, and PR.Strong understanding of the retail landscape, consumer behaviour, industry trends, and best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
