role description : Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily billing and e-invoicing operations, including NCS billing, testing, and handling billing inquiries. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify operational issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement effective resolutions to maintain business-as-usual operations. Make an Impact by : Process billing requests (Credit Notes / Invoices) using IMPACT (SAP) and perform billing activities per agreed schedule, ensuring bills are dispatched or submitted to customers’ portals on time. Understand / handle invoice processing, submission and rejection, and oversee day-to-day Bill Production operations independently while meeting SLAs and ensuring timely, accurate billing. Verify, investigate, and analyze root causes on billing issues; collaborate cross-functionally with customer care, order takers, Account managers, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues. Assist UAT testing for system enhancements. Prepare and dispatch reports to stakeholders; collaborate with IT and Finance to resolve month-end closing issues on schedule to avoid delays in financial reporting. Ensure compliance with ISO KPIs and procedures; maintain proper housekeeping of documents for audit purposes. Support digital transformation by applying tools such as RPA, Power Automate, Python, Macros, etc. to improve process quality, accuracy, and customer experience. Support improvement projects with necessary documentation post-implementation. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Business or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome). For experienced candidates : 1–2 years of direct billing exposure with SAP experience; 1–2 years of exposure to automation tools (UI Path, Power Automate, Python, SQL). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, digitally savvy.
