Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the audit team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of audit documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting financial data and updating client information in the company database.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.
- Support the audit team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.Experience in administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date files.Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.Willingness to work onsite in Bandar Baru Ampang.Job Benefits
