We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of operations & management for our business teams. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, and managing cross-functional team collaboration. Your primary goal will be to support business team members, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. What You Will Be Responsible For

Application product operation and maintenance to ensure stable and efficient services and improve user experience. Building and maintaining production system Docker / k8s-related containerized clusters. Exploring efficient automated operation and maintenance systems and management tools to improve efficiency. Handling emergency responses and coordinating faults to ensure 24 / 7 business continuity. Optimizing operation and maintenance solutions, including disaster recovery, elastic expansion, and attack prevention. How You Will Stand Out

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in Internet application operation, maintenance, or development. Familiarity with Linux OS principles, TCP / IP, and common network protocols. Proficiency in Docker / k8s containerization technologies. Knowledge of Internet application services like Nginx, MySQL, Redis, high availability mechanisms, monitoring, and disaster recovery. Experience with Python or Go programming languages. Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud. Experience in Blockchain Dapp operation and maintenance is preferred. What You Will Experience Working With Us
