Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the college's strategic vision and growth plans
- Drive innovation in programme offerings to align with industry demand and government direction.
- Formulate and implement effective policies, systems, and operational procedures to support institutional development.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase enrolment and brand presence.Actively contribute to student recruitment initiatives in collaboration with the marketing personnelBuild partnerships with schools, relevant government agencies, NGOs, and industries to support student pipelines and funding opportunities.Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the college including academic, marketing, finance, and student affairs.Ensure compliance of policies, standards and requirements with regulatory bodies such as MQA, MOHE and relevant Professional Boards.Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team aligned with the college's values and objectives.Foster a performance-driven and student-centric culture.Financial Stewardship
Drive revenue growth through program development, partnerships, and innovative delivery models.Ensure sound financial management and accountability for the college.Requirements :
A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in a senior management position within a higher learning institution, including exposure to education, training, or business development functions.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in MOHE and MQA processes, procedures, and compliance matters.Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.Minimum academic qualification : Master's degree in any discipline (PhD qualification will be an added advantage).Experience with government funding schemes (e.g. HRD Corp, TVET funding, Yayasan, MARA) will be an added advantageJob Type : Full-time
