Job Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and foster strong business relationships to drive sales opportunities.Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine proposals and improve offerings.Work with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Seek out, identify, develop, and close business opportunities with clients.Handle clients' inquiries, follow up consistently, and ensure client satisfaction.Determine prospective leads and qualify them into potential customers.Prepare and write business proposals, quotations, and related documentation.Participate in and support tender responses, including functional and technical clarifications.Build trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts.Actively research and maintain a good understanding of our products as well as competitor offerings.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of IT ecosystems (programming, networking, or cloud platforms) is an added advantage, but not mandatory.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
