In-House Sales

Actively engage with walk-in clients, providing information about our coworking space offerings. Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our coworking facilities. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-house sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

Cold Calling and Lead Generation

Conduct cold calls and proactively identify new business opportunities. Work on lead generation campaigns to expand the client base.

Sales Targets

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously assess and improve sales strategies to optimize performance.

Market Research

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.

Job Requirements

Experience :

1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or coworking industry. Educational Background :

Minimum of a high school (SPM Cert); a diploma or degree in Business or a related field is a plus. Sales Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Focus :
