Aesthetic Clinic Manager (Setia Alam)

Overview

We are seeking for a highly motivated, experience and sales-driven Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales, ensuring exceptional service and an outstanding customer experience.
• Strategize and execute sales plans designed to consistently exceed targets.
• Lead morning briefings to align daily objectives and maximize appointments.
• Drive branch sales growth, actively monitoring performance to optimize revenue.
• Team & People Management

Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to build a cohesive and motivated team.

Champion continuous team learning through on-the-job coaching, role-playing, performance reviews, and guiding the team to sales and service excellence.

Monitor treatment and stock levels, ensuring FIFO adherence and minimizing waste through effective inventory controls.

Build strong customer relationships, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Collaborate with HQ marketing to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives that attract new leads.

Ensure the outlet’s adherence to all regulatory, health, and safety standards, including rigorous hygiene protocols.

Submit timely reports on outlet performance, staff matters, and operational challenges to the Area Manager or HQ for informed decision-making.
