Senior HR Generalist – Mandarin

Job Title : Senior HR Generalist – Mandarin (Full-Time, Permanent Role)

Location : Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

Work Mode : Hybrid (1 week WFH, 1 week Onsite)

Salary Range : RM4,500 – RM7,000+ (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Track employee engagement, conduct stay and exit interviews to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement recognition programs to reward employee achievements and contributions.
• Assist managers in conducting regular salary and benefits reviews, benchmarking against industry standards.
• Conduct and enhance HR training modules for new joiners and existing employees.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and briefings for outstation assignments.
• Update and maintain accurate employee data and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in organizing internal events and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide leadership and foster knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
