Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the global Workday platform across all region
Ensuresystem stability, performance, and smooth operation of global integrations
Support and advise HR teams and business stakeholders worldwide on Workday functionality, HR processes, and best practices
Execute global change requests, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and quality assurance
Analyze and resolve system issues,ensuring high global data accuracy and consistency
Design, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making
Analyze HR KPIs to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities
Train and support HR colleagues worldwide in proper system usage and standardized process execution
Create and maintain system documentation and training materials for end users and key users
Job Requirement
Degree in Business Informatics, Human Resources, Information Technology, or comparable field
Several years of hands‑on Workday administration experience, ideally in a global HR environment
Experience in system configuration, reporting, support, and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of HR processes and their implementation in modern cloud‑based HR systems
Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and solution‑oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
