Description and Requirements

Job details :

• Build personal relationships with Sales , customers C-levels and technical decision makers to ensure early engagement in customers’ problem-and-solution determination process.
• Represent Hybrid Cloud S ervice practice during the sales cycle, including project scoping, solution architecting, proposal development, and presenting proposals to clients, supporting TruScale, Professional Services and Managed Services opportunities.
• Ensure that customer expectations are appropriately set and managed
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops
• Lead technical advisory and solutioning efforts during sales phase and perform warm handover of opportunities to delivery team during transition to delivery phase.
• Strong ability to not only drive and lead technical solution and discussion, but also capability in sizing and pricing services efforts.
• Technology thought leader and evangelist
• Assist in building and leverage an ecosystem of internal technical specialists and partner capability to design end-to-end Hybrid Cloud solutions for our customers. This will expand beyond hybrid cloud to encompass all aspects IT Transformation.
• Maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the current and anticipated future state of the IT infrastructure marketplace including IT infrastructure trends, technologies, and standards.
• Willingness to continuously upgrading oneself with relevant certifications as required by the organization.
• Assist with development of solution capabilities when required.
